NAEMT / AHA / HSI Instructor

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Expected Date of Joining: 1 September 2026 Employment Type: Full-time Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is looking for an experienced and passionate Advanced Instructor to join our Training Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare training, facilitating simulation-based learning, and assessing participants' clinical competencies and performance.Key Responsibilities - Conduct classroom lectures, practical skills sessions, simulation-based training, case discussions, megacode scenarios, and competency assessments - Assess participants' knowledge, practical skills, clinical decision-making, teamwork, communication, and adherence to established resuscitation algorithms - Facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences for healthcare professionals - Conduct skills assessments, simulations, and competency evaluations in accordance with established training standards - Participate in course scheduling, instructor allocation, and training preparation - Coordinate training activities with internal teams and external clients - Contribute to maintaining high standards of training delivery and participant experienceQualifications & Requirements - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, clinical practice, or training - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or another relevant healthcare discipline - Current instructor certification from a recognized organization such as AHA, HSI/ASHI, NAEMT, Highfield, or another approved resuscitation organization - Strong teaching, presentation, communication, and facilitation skills - Demonstrated ability to conduct simulation-based training, skills assessments, and competency evaluations - Strong clinical judgment and the ability to effectively assess and provide constructive feedback to participants - Professional, confident, and engaging approach to training deliveryCompensation & Benefits - Competitive salary – to be discussed during the initial interview - 2-year work permit and residence visa, renewable - Paid annual leave - Comprehensive health insurance package - Ticket allowance - Opportunity to work within a professional healthcare training environment - Opportunity to contribute to the development and competency of healthcare professionals
