Chief Executive Officer, APAC

Your new company We are partnering with a well-capitalised and highly ambitious business operating at the intersection of data infrastructure, energy, and artificial intelligence. As part of its continued growth strategy, the business is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead regional expansion, drive strategic initiatives, and build a market-leading platform within one of the fastest-growing sectors globally. Your new role - Define and execute the company's Asia Pacific growth strategy. - Identify, originate, and secure large-scale commercial opportunities across key regional markets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, government authorities, regulators, utilities, and industry stakeholders. - Evaluate market entry opportunities, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and investment initiatives. - Lead capital deployment and infrastructure development projects across the region. - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive leadership team. - Drive operational excellence, corporate governance, and financial performance. - Represent the business externally as the key executive leader across Asia Pacific. - Work closely with the Board and investors to deliver sustainable long-term growth and value creation. What you'll need to succeed - Proven experience in a CEO, Managing Director, Regional President, Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership capacity. - Experience gained within Data centre infrastructure, digital infrastructure, cloud computing or related businesses - Demonstrated success leading and scaling complex, capital-intensive businesses. - Strong commercial acumen with experience driving growth, partnerships, and investment initiatives. - Track record of successfully building organisations through periods of rapid expansion. - Experience engaging with boards, investors, institutional stakeholders, and government authorities. - Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong operational and execution capabilities. - Deep understanding of the Asia Pacific business landscape and stakeholder environment.
