Joining our Fintech Assurance Team in IT Audit & Assurance, we are looking for the energetic professionals joining our team for assisting our clients in optimizing the business needs and strategy through technology. Work you'll do - Perform IT risk assessment and IT audit, in areas covering IT general controls, application controls and IT security review - Assist our clients to improve their accounting/ financial related processes by the adoption of new technologies, tools, solutions and/ or applications - Prepare written reports on findings and recommendations, and present such to the project stakeholders/ key managements of our clients - Be innovative in developing new tools and new solution for our clients in different industries During your tenure with us, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Inspiring, Creating purpose, Driving agility, Building diverse capability, Influencing, Collaborating, Delivering value, Building the business, Analytical acumen, Effective communication, Engagement management/delivery excellence, Managing change, Managing quality & risk, Strategic thinking and problem solving, and Tech savviness. We are looking for someone with - University graduates or above in Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Business or other related disciplines relevant to the role - Minimum of two years of experience in IT audit, IT internal audit and/ or other related disciplines relevant to the role - Holder of certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISSP, CPA and/or other related certifications would be an advantage - With good track record of delivering high quality projects - Exposure and practical project experience to cloud based applications (e.g. AWS, GCP, Huawei cloud, Alicloud, etc), ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc.), system infrastructure and operations for banks, crypto exchange operator, securities firms, insurance company, and multinational corporation over key business processes would definitely be an advantage - Business knowledge of specific industries, e.g. consumer business, real estate, manufacturing, banking, securities, crypto, insurance and/ or e-commerce would be an advantage - Good communication and presentation skills - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese - Flexibility in traveling About Deloitte China Deloitte China provides integrated professional services, with our long-term commitment to be a leading contributor to China’s reform, opening-up and economic development.
