HR & Administration Manager — Luxury Watch Retail

Done badly, every department slows down — and the reason will never show up on any report. Legacy Artisan is a leading luxury watch retailer in Hong Kong, now in our sixth year. We are rebuilding the company's systems and documentation, and we need someone who can carry that. When HR documents or policy wording go wrong, the cost is not rework — it is a dispute. That is why the final check is always a person. What you will do: • End-to-end recruitment: posting, screening, interview scheduling, offers, onboarding • HR documents and systems: contracts, handbooks, policy notices and acknowledgement records • Maintaining the company's policy documentation (version control, publication, acknowledgement tracking) • Company secretarial support (statutory registers, annual return preparation and filing) • Supporting operations across documents, staffing and systems • Working with the company's AI tools, and reviewing their output yourself What we look for: • You have independently run HR and administration for a company or a standalone unit • Familiar with the basics of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance (notice, statutory holidays, MPF, contracts) • Familiar with personal data privacy requirements • Meticulous — most errors in this role are a missed step, not a wrong step • Discreet — HR and payroll data are restricted; this is the entry ticket Requirements: • A bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business Administration or related) • Good written Chinese and English — HR documents, policies and contract wording all require both • Professional HR qualifications (HKIHRM membership, CIPD or equivalent) preferred • Company secretarial qualification (HKCGI) or related experience is an advantage What we offer: • Monthly salary HK$22,000 – HK$29,000 (actual offer depends on experience and interview performance), plus a performance bonus on top when targets are met • Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 - 19:00; Saturday 10:00 - 17:00 (5.5-day week); all public holidays off • Career path: Manager → Senior Manager → Head of Department • You build the systems, rather than inherit ones you cannot change • Direct work with the founder About Legacy Artisan Founded in 2020, Legacy Artisan is a Hong Kong-based luxury watch O2O retailer, with our flagship at K11 Atelier Victoria Dockside, Tsim Sha Tsui.
