We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented محاسب عام (General Accountant) to join our team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and general ledger entries. - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards. - Assist in the development and management of departmental budgets and forecasts. - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently. - Support the preparation of VAT filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations. - Participate in internal audits and collaborate with external auditors as needed. - Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to manage financial data and generate reports. Required Qualifications Experience & Education - Minimum of 10 year of relevant accounting experience. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles. Skills - Proficiency in financial accounting and management accounting. - Experience in financial reporting and budgeting. - Ability to perform financial analysis. - Familiarity with audit and internal control procedures. - Knowledge of Value Added Tax (VAT). - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. - Experience with ERP systems and accounting software. - Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications - Fluency in English is a plus. - Additional certifications in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CMA) would be advantageous.
