MEP Technician – Electrical / ELV

Job Title: MEP Technician – Electrical / ELV Location: Abu Dhabi. Technicians currently residing in other cities who are willing to relocate are welcome to apply. Accommodation will be provided. Employment Type: Full-time Project: Residential Villas – Precast Concrete Job Summary We are looking for an experienced MEP Technician with strong electrical and ELV experience to carry out installation, cable pulling, termination, connection, testing, and maintenance works for residential villas. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out electrical installation works for lighting and power systems * Perform straight/final connections for lighting and power points * Pull and route electrical cables through existing conduits and cable pathways * Pull and terminate cables for lighting, power, and AC control systems * Carry out data and CCTV cable installation and termination * Perform ceiling-level cable routing and related electrical works * Carry out DB dressing for Ground Floor and First Floor distribution boards * Properly arrange, terminate, label, and organize cables inside DBs * Install and terminate electrical accessories, switches, sockets, and related components * Conduct continuity, insulation, polarity, and basic electrical testing * Identify cable/conduit issues and assist with troubleshooting * Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE electrical standards * Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working practices * Coordinate with the MEP supervisor, site engineer, and other trades * Work safely in precast concrete villas, including ceiling and high-level areas * Report damaged, blocked, or inaccessible conduits and other site issues Required Skills & Experience: * Minimum 3–5 years of relevant MEP/electrical experience * Strong experience in residential/villa electrical installations * Experience with cable pulling and cable termination * Good knowledge of DB dressing * Experience with lighting, power, AC control, data and CCTV * Ability to read and understand electrical drawings * Experience working with precast concrete structures is preferred * Ability to use electrical testing equipment * Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of UAE electrical safety requirements * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: * ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent * UAE experience preferred * Relevant electrical/MEP certifications are an advantage To Apply: Interested candidates are kindly requested to contact me directly: E-mail: amr_farghaly2002@yahoo.com Mobile/WhatsApp: 056 603 2884 Please share your updated CV along with details of your relevant experience when contacting me.
