Sales Manager - Fire & Safety

About the opportunity McGregor Boyall is partnering with a leading international manufacturer of fire and life safety solutions to appoint a Regional Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia's Western Province. Our client has over 125 years of history and a global customer base, with a portfolio spanning fire alarm systems, sprinkler monitoring, mass notification, emergency communication and power products across education, healthcare, industrial and multi-family markets. The role Based in Jeddah and working remotely, you will own the Western Province territory end to end — building relationships with consultants, contractors and end users, driving product specification, and converting opportunities into orders. This is an individual contributor role reporting into regional leadership. Key responsibilities - Own sales performance and quota delivery across the Western Province - Develop and execute a territory plan covering new business and account growth - Build and maintain relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, distributors and end users - Drive specification of the company's products into project designs at consultant stage - Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close orders - Ensure product compliance with Saudi Civil Defence, NFPA and EN 54 requirements - Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting - Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings across the region What you'll bring - 10+ years in fire and life safety product sales, with a strong record against quota - Established network across consultants, contractors and end users in the Western Province - Local Jeddah market experience is essential - Technical understanding of fire alarm, detection and life safety systems - Familiarity with NFPA, EN 54 and Saudi Civil Defence approval processes - Arabic fluency required; English proficiency essential - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred - Valid Saudi driving licence and transferable iqama
