About the Role We are looking for undergraduate/postgraduate students currently studying at QS Top 100 universities, or fresh Bachelor's/Master's graduates holding IANG or TTPS visas. Job Responsibilities • Actively develop the Hong Kong and Mainland China markets, targeting customized niche segments. • Tailor and prepare comprehensive solutions (written reports or PPT presentations) based on clients' specific needs and concerns. • Participate in continuous on-the-job training, including but not limited to: market insights, latest trends, and updates from fund houses in the capital markets. Job Qualifications • Mandarin (Putonghua) as the primary language. • Strong team player. • Open to trying new things and eager to embrace challenges. • Solid problem-solving abilities. Required Skills • Excellent communication skills. • Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities. • Problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills (An Advantage) • Experience in financial planning or investment-related fields. • Familiarity with market analysis. Compensation & Benefits • First-year income of no less than HKD 500,000. • 4-day work per week. • 3-year fast-track promotion path to senior management positions. • Full assistance with IANG / TTPS visa applications and guaranteed renewal support.
