Job Description

Role Description The Compensation & Benefits Director at المخلفي للاستشارات الموارد البشرية will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs to support client organizations. This part-time remote role involves analyzing market data, developing salary structures, reviewing incentives, and ensuring alignment with clients’ business strategies and legal requirements. The director will manage benefits plans, provide guidance on employee benefits policies, and support compliance with applicable regulations, including COBRA. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, preparing reports and recommendations, collaborating with HR and finance stakeholders, and monitoring program effectiveness to enhance employee engagement and retention. Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong skills in Compensation Management and Compensation & Benefits to design, evaluate, and optimize total rewards strategies. - Candidates should possess practical experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits to manage, communicate, and troubleshoot benefit programs effectively. - Candidates should possess knowledge of COBRA and related regulatory requirements to ensure compliant benefits practices and accurate administration. - Candidates should possess advanced analytical and Excel skills to interpret compensation surveys, model scenarios, and prepare data-driven recommendations. - Candidates should possess strong communication and consulting skills to present complex information clearly to clients and stakeholders. - Candidates should possess experience in HR or total rewards leadership, preferably in a consulting or multi-client environment. - Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications in compensation or benefits (e.g., CCP, CEBS) are an advantage. - Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and maintain high standards of confidentiality and ethics.
