Job Description

Job type: Contract (1 year extendable) Job location: Singapore Salary: $7000-$8000 //Immediate candidates preferred or with less than 3 weeks notice // // Only candidates currently based in Singapore are eligible to apply // Mandatory Requirements: - Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure frontend applications using Angular framework. - Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring optimal performance and user experience across different devices and browsers. - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product owners to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code. - Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, testing, and deployment. - Develop reusable UI components and libraries to promote consistency and accelerate development cycles. - Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Implement and adhere to secure coding best practices, addressing potential vulnerabilities like XSS and CSRF. - Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry best practices. - Contribute to code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to architectural standards. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in JavaScript (including ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Expertise in at least one modern JavaScript framework, with strong preference for Angular - Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., RxJS for Angular) is beneficial. - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. - Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. - Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and the ability to work with design systems - Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Karma, Jasmine for Angular; Jest, React Testing Library for React) is a plus. - Familiarity with build tools (e.g., Webpack, npm scripts) and package managers (npm, Yarn). - Understanding of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
