Warehouse Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities: - Assist in daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. - Ensure accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock audits and cycle counts. - Monitor inventory levels and alert the Warehouse Manager of discrepancies or stock shortages. - Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments. - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training will be provided if needed). - Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize space utilization and efficiency. - Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment. Key Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus. - 1 - 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment. - Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to lift and move heavy items, and work on your feet for extended periods. - Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. - Flexible and able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
