Hiring: Founding Academic Head (Primary Chinese) | ZhiHua Education We are building a new premium P4–P6 Chinese tuition centre in Singapore, teaching Standard & Higher Chinese in small classes (max 6 students). Unlike centres that mirror school textbooks, ZhiHua uses a skill-based, exam-centric modular curriculum. Every lesson teaches a distinct, high-impact exam technique (e.g. how to write a powerful composition opening, the three-step inference method for comprehension, how to structure a PEEL oral response etc.) designed to break score plateaus (moving students from AL4 to AL3 or AL2 to AL1). We are seeking our Founding Academic Head—not just an employee, but an actual partner that receives profit-sharing and equity-equivalent exit sale profit sharing, on top of a competitive monthly base salary. Zero capital investment is required; your skin in the game is your pedagogical expertise, curriculum leadership, and dedication to student outcomes. What You Will Do - Design, refine, and finalize ZhiHua’s complete P4–P6 curriculum, worksheets, and assessment frameworks. - Set teaching standards, lead teacher observations, and run professional development. - Own the academic calendar, quality control, and curriculum improvement cycles. - Report directly to the CEO.
