Role Overview To portion meals for our customers using our technology - ensuring all meals are ready and packaged to be dispatched on time for the deliveries, while adhering to high standards of hygiene, quality & consistency. Main Responsibilities - Portioning the components for every meal for every specific customer on time before deliveries go out - Communicating with the drivers & Customer Experience team to ensure a top notch customer experience - Maintaining proper hygiene standards in the kitchen - Ensuring any last minute changes are carried out with our high standards Ideal Candidate Qualifications And Requirements - Must have at least 1-2 years of dispatching experience in the food industry, preferably in fast food - Holds very high standards in hygiene practices in a kitchen facility - Must be a proficient communicator in English - Has good communication skills - Knowledge in food safety is a plus - Currently located in UAE Personality - Enthusiastic and values respect for everyone around them - Strong communicator - Acts with empathy
