Project Details What We Need - Warmly welcome booth visitors, present Pro Bono HK’s vision and mission, and explain our active community programs - Facilitate interactive booth games and activities to create an engaging experience for visitors and encourage sign-ups/inquiries - Collect contact details from prospective volunteers, supporters, and beneficiaries interested in legal assistance or collaboration - Help manage booth collateral, distribute souvenirs and informational materials, and keep the setup neat and welcoming Background Pro Bono HK is a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the legal gap by promoting equal access to justice across Hong Kong. As a Booth Volunteer, you will serve as the face of Pro Bono HK during a major two-day conference in Wan Chai. You will engage conference attendees, raise awareness about our legal aid initiatives and public programs, and drive interactive activities at our booth. What We Have - Full orientation and on-site briefing provided prior to your shift so you feel fully prepared.- Complimentary Expo Pass with access to attend 1 talk/seminar per shift.- Booth supplies, souvenirs, and volunteer support on-site.- We will update you on our program impact for grassroots families in Hong Kong. You might be spending only 4 hours volunteering, but you help us touch the lives of our beneficiaries. Why this is important Operating with a lean team of three full-time staff members, we rely heavily on passionate volunteers to scale our impact, engage community members, and reach potential donors, partners, and beneficiaries. By volunteering at our booth, you are directly helping us raise awareness, connect vulnerable families to free legal assistance, and recruit supporters to expand our community housing clinics.
