Showroom Manager (Car Dealership)

We're looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our used car dealership showroom in Dubai. You'll be the person who keeps the floor running smoothly — from managing inventory and showroom presentation to driving the sales team toward monthly targets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the UAE used car market. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily showroom operations, manage stock inventory and set KPIs to track performance - Lead vehicle procurement, source and evaluate used cars from auctions, direct sellers, & netwroks - Coordinate with marketing on showroom promotions, pricing strategy - Report on sales performance, inventory turnover, and showroom KPIs to management Requirements - 3+ years of experience in a showroom, dealership, or automotive sales management role - Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and showroom operations - UAE driving license required - Fluent in English; Arabic, is a plus What We Offer AED 8,000 base salary + performance-based incentives
