Job Description

- Able to interpret civil, structural drawings and details - Lead, coordinate and mange civil & structure of the project - To lead the C&S Team in planning and execution of day – to – day operations - Ensure civil and structural requirements meet project submission and project schedule - Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of time and resources for building construction projects - Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters - To ensure works carried out meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements - To monitor project progress and schedule and track the progress and time required when there is a delay/disruption to project - To develop detailed workplans and cost estimations of approved items to forecast cost and workforce requirements to allow efficient scheduling of works - Execute overall scheduling and specific planning work - Design, implement progress and schedule control systems for the project according to set requirements - Experienced in performing construction planning, and to co-ordinate with the client, sub-contractors, consultants and Authorities on all project aspects - To Assist Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports - To ensure that all requirements by Clients, Consultants and relevant Authorities are adhered and established Requirements - Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. - Required language(s): English, Chinese (to communicate with Chinese speaking Clients, Consultants and relevant Authorities)
