Check out www.tagww.com to learn more. Job Overview The role for Tag provides in-depth accounting and financial analysis for designated business areas, accounts, and sites. This role supports the senior business team by coordinating with Tag’s financial group to align with each account's specific needs. You will collaborate with finance and other functions across Hong Kong & Taiwan markets, and the broader APAC region. Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency are essential for effective data analysis and delivering valuable financial insights. Job Duties - Handle revenue, costs and expenses, and prepare accurate monthly financial reports and analysis - Perform month-end closing, journal entries, general ledger maintenance and balance sheet reconciliations - Assist in financial forecasts and variance analysis, ensuring timely and accurate submissions - Manage invoicing, payments, cash flow and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables - Monitor operating expenses, accruals and cost allocations to ensure accuracy and proper cost control - Support tax filings, statutory requirements and other financial compliance matters - Assist with internal and external audits and maintain proper supporting documentation - Maintain financial trackers and develop Excel tools to improve reconciliation and reporting efficiency - Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned Requirements - Degree in Accounting or equivalent. - Accounting Qualification is preferred. - Minimum 3 years of accounting and financial experience preferably in multinational commercial environment with some audit experience an advantage - Good command in English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin) - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Proven ability to develop effective solutions. - Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Capable of managing growth and meeting tight deadlines. - Adaptable to company culture and understanding of business drivers. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems - Advanced Excel skills are a must.
