Resin Artist / Epoxy Finishing Specialist

Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and experienced Resin Artist / Epoxy Finishing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in epoxy resin application and finishing for table tops, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for achieving high-quality, premium finishes.Key Responsibilities - Apply epoxy resin finishes to wooden and customized table tops. - Prepare surfaces properly before resin application, including sanding, cleaning, sealing, and leveling. - Mix and apply epoxy resin, pigments, colors, and other materials accurately. - Create smooth, clear, glossy, and bubble-free finishes. - Handle different resin techniques, including transparent, colored, metallic, marble, and artistic finishes. - Ensure proper thickness, curing, and finishing of epoxy surfaces. - Identify and correct imperfections such as bubbles, scratches, uneven surfaces, dust, and resin defects. - Carry out sanding, polishing, buffing, and final finishing to achieve a premium appearance. - Maintain a clean and safe working area and properly handle resin, hardeners, pigments, and tools. - Follow project specifications, quality standards, and production timelines. - Work closely with the production and design teams to achieve the required finish and appearance.Requirements - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in resin art, epoxy finishing, or a similar role. - Proven hands-on experience with epoxy table tops and furniture finishing. - Strong knowledge of epoxy resin mixing ratios, application methods, curing, and finishing. - Ability to achieve high-quality, smooth, glossy, and professional finishes. - Good understanding of sanding, polishing, buffing, and surface preparation. - Strong attention to detail and quality. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Creative mindset with an eye for colors, patterns, and artistic finishes. - Knowledge of workplace safety and proper handling of resin and chemicals.Preferred Skills - Experience with river tables, live-edge tables, dining tables, coffee tables, countertops, and custom furniture. - Experience creating decorative and artistic epoxy effects. - Ability to troubleshoot resin-related issues and finishing defects. - A portfolio of previous epoxy/resin projects is highly preferred.What We Offer - Competitive salary based on experience and skill level. - Opportunity to work on high-end custom furniture and resin projects. - Professional and creative working environment. - Opportunities for growth and skill development.
