Job Description - Develop and implement IT infrastructure risk management frameworks and policies. - Monitor and assess compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Identify, analyse, and mitigate IT infrastructure risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve risk management processes. - Conduct regular risk assessments and audits on IT systems and processes. - Prepare and present risk reports to senior stakeholders. - Ensure effective incident management and response plans are in place. - Support IT teams in achieving compliance objectives and maintaining system integrity. The Successful Applicant A successful Exposure Manager - IT Infrastructure Risk & Compliance should have: - Proven expertise in IT infrastructure risk management and compliance within the Financial Services industry. - Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Experience in developing and implementing risk frameworks and policies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Relevant certifications in IT risk management or compliance would be beneficial.
