The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements and introducing suitable mortgage & property financing solutions. You will be supported with professional training, leads and guidance to help you build a successful career in mortgage sales. 💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contact and communicate with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp. Understand client requirements and financial needs. Generate and follow up with leads. Build strong relationships with prospective clients. Explain mortgage and financing solutions clearly. Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline. Update and manage customer information in the CRM. Coordinate with the internal mortgage team and banks. Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets. Maintain professional communication and customer service standards. ⭐ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must Have: Good English communication skills Strong client-handling skills Good sales and negotiation ability Lead management & follow-up skills Confident personality and positive attitude Target-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and grow Experience: Mortgage / Banking / Real Estate / Telesales / Telecalling experience is an advantage.
