Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support the maintenance of, utilities, plant, equitpments, workshops and industrial assets in a ship repair industry. Key Responsibilities - Plan daily maintenance activities and allocate technicians, contractors and materials. - Review work orders, priorities, permits, isolations and safe work methods. - Monitor preventive maintenance completion and recurring equipment failures. - Inspect completed work and verify safe restoration of services. - Coordinate spare parts, specialist support and shutdown requirements. - Maintain asset, maintenance, inspection and statutory test records. - Investigate breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Report maintenance backlog, cost, reliability and critical facility risks. Requirements - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Facilities Engineering. - Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibility. - Good knowledge of utilities, buildings, workshops and industrial asset maintenance. - Strong maintenance planning, safety and contractor-management capability. - Shipyard, marine or heavy industrial experience will be an advantage.
