Business Analyst (AI Project)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support insurance business and system transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, support solution design, and ensure successful project delivery. Role & Responsibilities: - Effectively collect and document project requirements from stakeholders - Execute core BA functions to ensure alignment with project goals - Lead and facilitate meetings to drive collaboration and decision-making - Work closely with the technical team to ensure clarity on technical terminology and project specifications Requirements: - 5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in insurance or financial services, with a focus on tech transformation initiatives - Project experience in AI initiatives, modernizing legacy systems with AI solutions, aligning technology adoption with business strategy - Data or IT background is an advantage - Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior management - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, guiding users to define workflows and detailed requirements. - Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle - Support UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and obtain business sign-off before deployment - Excellent communication skills
