Role Description The ServiceNow Developer role at BT Automation is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. In this role, the developer designs, builds, and maintains ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom workflows, integrations, and user interfaces. Daily responsibilities include configuring the ServiceNow platform, writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance. The developer collaborates closely with consultants, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions that align with best practices and organizational standards. The role also involves participating in code reviews, documenting solutions, and supporting testing and deployment activities. Qualifications - Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and principles. - Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development practices. - Experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, tables, forms, and integrations. - Ability to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and write maintainable, well-documented code. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are an advantage.
