🚨 We’re Hiring | Area Manager / Cluster Manager We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Manager / Cluster Manager to join our growing Retail Operations team in Saudi Arabia. If you have a strong track record in managing multiple retail stores, leading high-performing teams, and driving sales and operational excellence, we want to hear from you.🔹 Key Responsibilities • Manage and oversee the performance of multiple stores within the assigned area/cluster. • Drive sales, profitability, customer experience, and overall store performance. • Monitor and analyze key retail KPIs and implement effective action plans. • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams. • Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures across all stores. • Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews. • Ensure optimal manpower planning and workforce productivity. • Monitor inventory, stock availability, shrinkage, and merchandising standards. • Work closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to achieve business objectives. • Support new store openings and ensure operational readiness.🔹 Requirements ✅ 5+ years of experience in multi-store retail operations. ✅ Previous experience as an Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Regional Manager, or equivalent. ✅ Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs. ✅ Excellent leadership and people-management skills. ✅ Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory, staffing, and customer experience. ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ✅ Saudi Arabia retail experience is highly preferred. ✅ Arabic and English proficiency.📍 Location Saudi Arabia🎯 If you are ready to take the next step in your retail leadership career, we would love to hear from you. 📩 Interested candidates can apply through LinkedIn or send their updated CV via direct message.
