Job Description

Role Description The Executive Director at توظيف المهارات (الرياض) - Skills Holders will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, and ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and goals. This part-time, remote role includes setting organizational priorities, guiding program development, and monitoring performance against key metrics. The Executive Director will manage budgets, support fundraising and partnership initiatives, and coordinate with stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s impact. Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring a distributed team, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The role requires regular reporting to the board or governing body and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability. Qualifications - Demonstrated leadership and management abilities, including experience overseeing programs, teams, and organizational operations. - Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to set priorities and drive measurable outcomes. - Proficiency in remote work tools and practices, with strong organizational and time-management skills for a part-time schedule. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to stakeholders and collaborate across cultures. - Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource management to support sustainable growth. - Background in nonprofit, educational, talent development, or related sectors is highly beneficial. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage. - High level of integrity, adaptability, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices in all organizational activities.
