Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting. An established multi-unit retail & food business in the MENA region is looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to lead regional financial operations and partner closely with senior leadership. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, and who can turn numbers into insights that drive business performance. What You’ll Do - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the MENA region - Deliver insightful management reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis - Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic and operational decision-making - Drive cash flow, cost optimisation, and working capital initiatives - Oversee audits, compliance, and financial governance across multiple entities - Lead, mentor, and develop a regional finance team What We’re Looking For - 12+ years of finance experience, preferably within retail, F&B, or multi-site operations - Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and working with executive management - Strong commercial acumen with hands-on financial planning and analysis expertise - Professional qualifications (CA / ACCA /CPA) and/or MBA in Finance preferred - Experience operating across multiple countries within MENA Why This Role - Senior visibility with direct exposure to executive leadership - Opportunity to influence business strategy and regional growth - Stable organisation with an ambitious expansion agenda
