Deputy Manager, Property Services (Portfolio Management)

Job description: Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and overseeing the operations of Property Services to provide all-round property management services for the property  - To manage and coordinate with the internal project team, consultants, and contractors on renovation projects from inception to completion stages. - To supervise the renovation and improvement works during non-office hour - Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements - To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor    Requirements: - Degree holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines - Minimum 7 years’ experience in property management with a least 3 years’ experience at managerial level - Experience in ISO certification, audits and license applications operations would be an advantage - Experience in handling renovation projects will be an advantage - Holder of Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1) preferred - Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate - Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese - Proficiency in MS Office - Perform duty on weekends and holidays may be required     The personal data provided will only be used for recruitment and employment-related purposes.
