📢 WE’RE HIRING | Engineering Assistant ELIN INSULATION FZ LLC is looking for a smart, proactive and technically capable Engineering Assistant to support our engineering, manufacturing and industrial projects. 📍 Location: Dubai / Ras Al Khaimah, UAE Key Responsibilities: • Prepare technical RFQs, specifications, BOQs/BOMs and comparison sheets • Coordinate with machinery manufacturers, suppliers, consultants and internal teams • Review technical drawings, machinery specifications and factory layouts • Maintain project trackers and follow-up actions through to completion • Assist with machinery selection, factory setup, installation and commissioning • Prepare technical reports, presentations and meeting minutes • Support production, engineering and process-improvement activities • Conduct technical research and supplier evaluations • Use Excel, AutoCAD and AI/productivity tools effectively Candidate Profile: 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering ⚙️ 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred 🏭 Manufacturing, transformers, electrical equipment or industrial machinery experience is an advantage 📊 Strong Excel and analytical skills 📐 AutoCAD knowledge preferred 🤖 Comfortable with AI and modern digital productivity tools 🗣️ Good written and spoken English ✅ Proactive, organized and strong in follow-up and execution We are looking for someone who can understand a requirement, organize the work, coordinate with the relevant people and follow it through to completion. 📩 Apply: admin@elininsulation.com Please include: • Current location • Current salary • Expected monthly salary in AED • Notice period / earliest joining date • UAE driving license, if applicable Email Subject: Application – Engineering Assistant #Hiring #EngineeringAssistant #MechanicalEngineering #ElectricalEngineering #Manufacturing #TransformerIndustry #EngineeringJobs #DubaiJobs #RAKJobs #UAEJobs
