Job Description

Hamsa is building the Arabic-first voice AI infrastructure that enterprises and governments in the MENA region can trust. Our world-class ASR, TTS, and voice agent models master 22+ Arabic dialects and integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. From governments to banks, telcos, and media companies, Hamsa powers use cases that range from inbound/outbound call automation to HR interviews, citizen services, insurance claims, media transcription, and website voice enablement. We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to help us bring this technology to life for customers through demos and proofs of concept (POCs). About the Role As a Solutions Engineer at Hamsa, your mission is to make Arabic voice AI tangible for enterprise customers. You’ll design and deliver production-like demos and pilots that prove accuracy, latency, and integration at scale. You’ll wire our ASR/TTS and voice agents into enterprise systems (CRMs, call centers, SaaS platforms) and workflows(via n8n, Make, Zapier, and APIs) to show how Hamsa fits seamlessly into real-world environments. You’ll own the end-to-end POC lifecycle — from scoping and KPI definition, to deployment, to final reporting — ensuring a smooth path from first demo to full production rollout. Responsibilities 1- Design and run production-feel demos of Hamsa ASR, TTS, and voice agents across enterprise use cases: - Inbound/outbound call automation (CX, promotions, reminders, verifications) - Website & app voice enablement (voice search, FAQs, lead capture) - HR and operations (candidate screening, surveys, internal support) - Banking & insurance (KYC, claims, suspicious transaction verification) - Media & government (transcription, summarization, citizen services, event registration) 2- Execute enterprise POCs: define scope and success criteria (WER, latency, concurrency, compliance), deploy in customer environments, and deliver measurable results. 3- Integrate with enterprise systems: connect Hamsa to CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), and SaaS tools via n8n, Make, Zapier, and APIs. 4- Showcase business impact: translate technical capabilities into clear before/after stories with KPIs like accuracy, cost savings, and service speed. 5- Collaborate with GTM teams: support sales in RFPs, tailor demos to client needs, and package reusable assets for faster deal cycles. 6- Document & package assets: create demo libraries, integration templates, and training guides so GTM teams can self-serve. 7- Act as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and product — ensuring Hamsa’s solutions are credible, compliant, and impactful. 8- Knowledge in call center platforms (Twilio, SIP, Freshworks, Avaya, Genesys) is a plus Requirements - 2+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales / solutions role in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or telecom. - Hands-on experience with no/low-code automation (n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks). - Ability to frame business value stories with clear before/after metrics (accuracy, cost reduction, service efficiency). - Fluency in Arabic and English is a must. - Strong customer-facing capabilities: able to engage enterprise stakeholders, run discovery, present demos, and explain technical concepts clearly. - Strong independence and ownership: able to run POCs end-to-end with minimal engineering support. - Exposure to AI/LLM workflows, RAG, or voice agent orchestration. - Strong understanding of voice technologies (VoIP, SIP, Twilio, Freshworks, Avaya, Genesys, call center or CX systems) is a plus.
