Responsibilities - Support the team head to plan and execute events, including logistics, promotion, and young talent attraction initiatives for the related programme. - Coordinate with vendors, designers, and technicians for event setup; work with internal teams (e.g., Branding, Legal, Compliance) to ensure all materials follow company guidelines. - Manage and develop content for social media (Instagram and Facebook) and monitor quality of written and visual content. - Identify innovative ways to reach more high-potential candidates and improve campaign effectiveness. - Support additional projects and events as required. Requirements - Must have social media management and content development experience across multiple platforms. - Able to provide social media coaching and recommendations to agency members. - Skilled in AI content creation, including prompt writing for graphics and short videos. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills (agency + internal teams).
