Facilities Engineer

Job Responsibilities - Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and engineering improvements of factory systems to ensure stable supply capacity and consistent quality for customers. - Operate, maintain, and service chiller and boiler systems. - Operate, maintain, and service process pipelines and exhaust systems. - Operate, maintain, and service HVAC and fire protection systems. - Operate, maintain, and service cleanroom systems. - Plan and execute system improvement projects and HOOKUP engineering. Job Requirement - Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning/Industrial Design/Civil Engineering/Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Industrial Engineering and equivalent qualification - With or without working experience - Strong interest to learn and develop system operation skills - Ability to manage system operations and emergency response handling - Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Excellent critical thinking skills and a high level of numeracy - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects - Able to work independently and able to handle stress effectivel
