Operations Director

Role Description This part-time remote Operations Director role at المخلفي للاستشارات الموارد البشرية focuses on overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient delivery of HR consulting services. The Operations Director will design and improve operational processes, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional workflows to meet client expectations and organizational goals. The role includes managing budgets, reviewing financial reports, and optimizing resource allocation for projects and ongoing services. The Operations Director will guide and support project teams, collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, and help maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence. This position also requires preparing regular operational reports, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing practical solutions that align with the company’s vision and values. Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and performance monitoring. - Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and support informed decision-making. - Candidates should possess effective Team Management capabilities to guide, motivate, and develop diverse teams in a remote environment. - Candidates should possess sound Budgeting skills, including cost control, forecasting, and resource planning. - Candidates should possess a high level of Customer Service orientation, with the ability to maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations. - Relevant skills such as strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving are highly beneficial. - Strong communication skills in English, and the ability to collaborate virtually across time zones, are important. - A bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, and prior experience in operations or professional services, are preferred.
