Director - FinTech (COO Track)

We're exclusively partnering with a leading fintech company for an exciting role in Singapore. Position: Director (Operations & Partnerships), FinTech Location: Singapore Must-haves: - Singaporean Citizen/ Singapore PR Holder - Fintech/Payments/Financial Services experience - 7-10 years of experience (flexible) - Hands-on experience across operations, partnerships, and business development - Experience engaging with regulators/government bodies - Strong Singapore fintech/banking/payments network Nice-to-haves: - MAS regulatory familiarity (SPI/MPI licensing experience a strong plus) - Cross-border payments/FX knowledge A note before you apply: Even if you don't tick every box, feel free to go ahead and submit your application - some of these requirements are flexible on our end.
