Job Description - Lead and manage a small team. - Oversee the full set of accounts and ensure accurate, timely month-end and year-end closing. - Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and business performance analyses. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, and internal corporate policies. - Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. - Strengthen internal controls, streamline accounting processes, and drive continuous improvements. - Partner with management and cross-functional teams to support business decisions and finance initiatives. The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. - Professional accounting qualification. - At least 10 years of accounting experience with proven managerial and team leadership exposure. - Strong hands-on experience in full set accounting, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing. - Prior experience working in a multinational or international company environment is essential. - Solid knowledge of HKFRS, audit coordination, and internal control frameworks. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with language fluency in English and Chinese.
