Nursing Director – IVF | United Arab Emirates | Competitive Salary + Benefits Surecall Medical Recruitment is partnering with a leading private healthcare group in the UAE to appoint a Nursing Director – IVF, overseeing nursing and allied health services across multiple regions within a well-established fertility and reproductive medicine network. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced nursing leader to drive clinical excellence, quality standards, and workforce strategy across a multi-site IVF operation. The Role: - Provide strategic leadership across nursing and allied health teams, including Unit Managers, Head Nurses, Infection Control Officers, Quality Officers, and IVF Coordinators - Develop and implement the nursing strategic plan in line with clinical and operational goals - Drive a culture of quality care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across all sites - Lead workforce planning and resource management to balance clinical quality with operational efficiency - Build strong relationships with physicians, external regulators, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance integrated patient care - Mentor and develop nursing talent, overseeing succession planning and professional development What's on Offer: - Senior leadership role within a well-resourced, multi-site IVF network - Autonomy to shape nursing strategy and quality standards across regions - Collaborative, multidisciplinary working environment - UAE-based package (details discussed at application stage) What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's or specialised healthcare management degree desirable) - Minimum 5 years' nursing management experience as a Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Director within an IVF centre - Minimum 5 years' clinical experience in IVF - Eligible for licensing as a Registered Nurse with the relevant Healthcare Authority - Strong leadership, quality improvement, and stakeholder management skills - Fluency in English (verbal and written) To apply, click Apply below or send your CV directly to chris.hemming@surecallmedical.com.
