Product Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Work Type: Full Time Experience: 5–7 Years Industry: SaaS / Enterprise Software About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product initiatives across enterprise solutions and drive product strategy, roadmap, and delivery. Key Responsibilities - Lead product initiatives and define the long-term product roadmap. - Own product direction across HR, ERP, CRM, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Finance modules. - Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and client-facing teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements. - Work closely with enterprise clients to develop scalable and practical solutions. - Track product KPIs including adoption, retention, and revenue impact. - Mentor junior Product Managers and support their professional development. - Drive data-informed decisions and translate strategy into execution. Requirements - 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS or Enterprise Software. - Hands-on experience with HR and ERP systems, including CRM, Project Management, and Supply Chain modules. - Good understanding of accounting and financial systems and ERP integrations. - Previous experience in a software house or software development company is required. - Experience managing cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical skills with knowledge of SQL and BI tools. - Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. - Ability to turn product strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
