Products and Solutions Senior Specialist

Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day operations of digital products to ensure efficient and effective performance. - Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, and operations teams to align product objectives, priorities, and timelines. - Maintain and update product documentation, including product features, roadmaps, KPIs, and user requirements. - Monitor product performance, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Analyze user feedback and insights to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience. - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support product-related decision-making. - Ensure digital products comply with applicable digital policies, security requirements, and quality standards. - Apply digital maturity models and track and report on product progress and maturity. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent majors. - 6 to 8 years of Product Management/Development experience or related. - Advanced knowledge of Product Management. - Should have strong interpersonal, presentation, and research techniques. Work Conditions: - Full-time (Sunday to Thursday). - Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. - Office-based work at the program’s headquarters in Riyadh.
