Madison Pearl is partnering with a Singaporean family office for an opportunity of Design Manager within their real estate development team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design process, ensuring coordination between consultants’ compliance with development goals and authority regulations. - Develop design strategy and manage local and international consultant appointments. Coordinate design from concept to construction documentation (IFC). - Ensure full design compliance with UAE authority regulations and planning policies. - Review technical drawings, specifications, and value engineer proposals. - Oversee permitting and project registration processes with relevant authorities. - Ensures that all technical deliverables align with project objectives and investor expectations. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering. - 12-15 years’ UAE experience in design strategy. - 5+ years of experience working with a client or on developers' side. - Experience working with international design consultants (e.g., Atkins, Aecom, Gensler). - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Ability to collaborate with board of directors.
