Job description We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our Dubai office. The role is primarily focused on inside sales and commercial activities, supporting the quotation and order management process. Key responsibilities - Review customer inquiries, project specifications and scope of supply in detail, working with Outside Sales, Inside Sales Coordinators and Application Engineering to build the most competitive offer; - Define quotation strategies together with Outside Sales and Inside Sales Coordinators, and request quotes from suppliers; - Act as the main customer interface throughout the entire quotation lifecycle, managing offers through the company's systems; - Keep the sales database and quotation follow-up up to date, ensuring timely responses to customer requests. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field; - Previous experience in inside sales / commercial support role within the Oil & Gas, industrial valves industry; - Good knowledge of the MS Office package; - Strong communication skills, team-working attitude, flexibility and excellent time management; - Fluent in English.
