Monitor coach and facilitator performance, review client and stakeholder feedback, identify quality gaps and implement corrective actions where necessary. Ensure that the quality of individuals representing CEO Power Tank remains consistently high. - Executive Workshops & Leadership Programmes Oversee operational readiness for leadership development workshops and executive-team programmes. Ensure facilitators have the appropriate client context, objectives, materials, briefing and resources required for successful delivery. - CEO Coaching Operations Ensure CEO and C-suite coaching engagements are operationally well managed, including coach matching, scheduling, engagement setup, communications, stakeholder requirements, feedback and programme completion. - Operations & Systems Build and continuously improve scalable operating systems, processes, SOPs, workflows, templates, documentation and reporting mechanisms supporting programme delivery. Identify capacity gaps early and proactively build the required network and resources. - Commercial-to-Delivery Handover Work closely with the CEO and commercial team to ensure that client commitments can be translated into successful delivery. Review programme scope, resources, timelines and delivery requirements and identify operational risks before commitments are made or delivery begins. - Client Experience Take ownership of operational aspects of the client experience and ensure that issues are identified and resolved proactively. - Performance & Continuous Improvement Track delivery performance, client feedback, resource utilisation, operational risks and quality metrics. Use feedback and data to continuously improve CEO Power Tank's delivery model, systems and standards. - Team & Partner Management Manage employees, contractors, coaches, facilitators, vendors and other operational resources as required. Establish clear accountability and high standards across the delivery ecosystem. What Success Looks Like In this role, you will ensure that: - Every programme is operationally ready before delivery begins. - - Every client is matched with the right coach or facilitator. - - Coaches and facilitators consistently meet CEO Power Tank's standards. - - CEO coaching and executive-team programmes are delivered professionally and consistently. - - Clients receive an exceptional experience. - - Operational issues are identified and resolved before they become client problems. - - CEO Power Tank has sufficient delivery capacity to support growth. - - Scalable operational systems are built as the business expands. Experience in CEO coaching, executive coaching, leadership development, executive education, management consulting, corporate learning or professional services would be highly advantageous. You will work closely with the CEO and have significant influence over how we build our coach and facilitator ecosystem, deliver programmes, create our client experience and scale our operating model.
