Information Technology Desktop Support

We are looking for an IT Desktop Support Specialist to join our team (Saudi National ONLY) In this role, you will provide first and second-level technical support to end users, ensuring smooth and secure IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals - Install and maintain Windows/macOS and business applications - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues - Manage user accounts and access (Active Directory / Office 365) - Handle onboarding and offboarding of user devices - Resolve helpdesk tickets within SLAs - Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus maintenance - Support VPN and remote access - Maintain IT asset records and documentation - Coordinate with vendors for repairs and warranties Requirements: - Degree OR Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field - 2–8 Years of desktop or IT support experience - Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) - Experience with ticketing systems - Good hardware troubleshooting skills - Basic understanding of cybersecurity - Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred: - Active Directory administration - Enterprise environment experience - ITIL knowledge - Exposure to Microsoft 365 / Azure Type: Full-time 📩 To apply: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScZghNxp1BEYCU-tjQTAI-QRLRkieu1_Kq4YvaqmZXd1oOwvg/viewform
