Senior Specialist, SuccessFactors Employee Central

Role Responsibilities: - Good understanding of Employee central and the integration points with Employee Central Payroll and S4H - Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central - Ability to provide achievable solutions to complex scenarios and workaround to cases that do not have a standard solution - Very good Communication, written and verbal skills in both English and Arabic - Very good experience in Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM Localization for KSA - Suport in Designing and executing complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives - Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions while effectively managing client expectations - Experienced in handling large-scale projects, involving single or multiple products and complex environments - Self Learning and fast develping person - Ability to work under preasure and with minimum support Requirements Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, and enhancement projects
