We are looking for the Group Seiniro HR Manager/HR Director Location: Singapore Developing and implement efficient HR strategies that align with legal framework, industry characteristics, and cultural context, providing solid talent support for the company's business development. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on talent acquisition for core departments such as Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Operations. - Design and implement employee training and development programs to enhance team professionalism and industry expertise. - Manage the performance appraisal system, driving performance improvement and employee motivation. - Handle employee relations, ensuring HR policies comply with legal requirements. - Optimize compensation and benefits structures to enhance the company's talent competitiveness. - Regularly analyze HR data to provide strategic decision-making support to management. **Requirements** - Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Biomedical Science, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
