Paid Media Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE Working arrangement: Full-time, office-based United Strategic Solutions (USS) is a 360 digital marketing agency based in Dubai. We work with clients across multiple industries, providing strategy, paid media, social media, content, branding and website solutions. We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager with 3+ experience to plan, manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for multiple client accounts. Experience with LinkedIn Ads & other platforms would be an advantage but is not essential. Please do not apply for this role unless you have experience running on Meta & Google platform. This is a full time, office based role in Dubai. Applicants must currently be based in Dubai Responsibilities - Manage paid media campaigns for multiple clients across Google and Meta - Develop campaign strategies based on each client’s objectives, audience and budget - Set up, monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance. - Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram campaigns - Share direction with our content team on creative assets which are Paid Social first - Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research - Review tracking, conversion events and campaign data - Manage budgets and ensure advertising spend is used effectively - Produce clear performance reports with insights and recommendations - Communicate confidently with internal teams and clients - Stay informed about platform updates and paid media best practices Requirements - Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with 3+ experience - Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously, ideally within an agency - Strong understanding of campaign strategy, targeting, bidding and optimization - Confident using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel - Strong analytical and reporting skills - Highly organized and able to manage competing deadlines - Clear written and verbal communication skills
