Partnerships & Community Growth Operator
Company not disclosed
Job Description
LFL is a psychology-led business creating safer, more trusted communities and working to change the wider ecosystem around modern relationships. Through psychology, community and real-world experiences, we’re building spaces with more trust, safety, dignity and depth. We work with high-caliber people and by that we mean high EQ + high IQ, not high-net-worth. Curiosity, depth, accomplishment and character matter to us. The challenge: We have plenty of strategy. What we need now is operational muscle. We’re looking for someone who can help us build partnerships with intelligent, credible communities: alumni networks, private clubs, professional and founder communities, curated communities, event platforms and other interesting ecosystems. Your job is simple: Find the right communities → find the right people → understand what would make a partnership valuable → make the approach → follow up → turn conversations into actual collaborations. That could mean talks, events, community partnerships, cross-promotion or other creative ways of introducing LFL to new audiences. What we don't need: 1. No more strategy decks. We could wallpaper the office with the ones we already have! 2. No mass outreach, scraped lead lists, automated LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, paid ads or social media management. 3. The focus is communities, not contact lists. We want to build trusted relationships with organizations that already bring the right people together. Who we're looking for: Someone who has actually done this before, ideally with experience in partnerships, community growth, alumni networks, private members' clubs, professional communities, events or ecosystem development. A strong candidate will have: Hands-on experience in PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT and COMMUNITY GROWTH. This is not a VA, lead-generation or list-building role. You should be: 1. Resourceful: when the obvious door is closed, you look for another one. 2. Creative: you see partnerships others might miss. 3. Persistent: an unanswered email isn't the end of the story. 4. Organized: opportunities don't disappear into a spreadsheet. 5. High EQ: you know the difference between persistent and annoying. 6. A strong researcher with excellent, natural writer. If you’re looking to put your skills behind something that genuinely matters, you may find this is some of the most purposeful work you’ll do. https://getlinkked.com
