Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Architectural & Civil Draftsman with strong experience in building construction and fit-out projects, particularly 5-star hotels and luxury hospitality developments. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings in coordination with the engineering and site teams. Key Responsibilities - Prepare detailed architectural and civil shop drawings for construction and fit-out works. - Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction drawings based on project requirements. - Prepare and update as-built drawings throughout project execution. - Coordinate architectural and civil drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. - Review drawings and incorporate comments from consultants and project engineers. - Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, approved designs, and construction standards. - Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams to resolve drawing-related issues. - Maintain proper control and revision of drawings and documentation. - Assist in preparing drawings for hotel interiors, architectural finishes, partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, and other fit-out works. Requirements - Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience as an Architectural/Civil Draftsman. - Mandatory experience in building construction and fit-out projects. - Strong experience in 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, or high-end building projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. - Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage. - Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings. - Strong coordination skills with engineering and site teams. - Good knowledge of construction details, materials, and finishing works. - Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
