Head of International Business

We are looking for a Head of International Business who is more than a conventional export leader — a commercially strong builder, strategist and market creator who can take ownership of the existing international business and build the next phase of global growth. Key Responsibilities - Take ownership of the existing international business, including distribution, customers, margins and commercial performance - Develop and execute the international growth strategy across priority markets - Drive business growth across the Gulf, Southeast Asia, UK, North America and Australia - Build and strengthen distributor and customer relationships - Develop new markets and identify opportunities for sustainable growth - Build and lead the international business team - Drive the international expansion of Annapurna in the near term - Help build Captain Cook into a mainstream international brand across cuisines and categories - Bring new ideas, commercial models and innovative approaches to international growth - Leverage digital, content, social media and AI to build the business Priority Markets Immediate: Gulf / GCC Current & Near-Term: Southeast Asia, UK, North America and Australia What We’re Looking For - Senior leadership experience in the food industry - Strong commercial and business-building track record across multiple international markets - Meaningful experience in the Gulf/GCC is highly desirable - Experience managing distributors, customers, margins and commercial performance - A proven builder mindset — someone who can fix, scale and create - Strong market-development and team-building capabilities - Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment - Willingness to travel extensively across international markets - Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, social media and emerging AI applications
