Job Description

Resident Engineer Iconic / Interchange Stations Package: AED 40,000-45,000 per month Lead the site delivery of a landmark station project, from construction and high-quality finishing through testing, handover and close-out. We are seeking an accomplished Resident Engineer with the technical depth and leadership presence to coordinate multiple contractors, consultants and stakeholders across a complex development. The Role - Lead the day-to-day site delivery of a major iconic or interchange station. - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and specialists across multiple work fronts. - Drive programme performance, manage delivery risks and ensure timely corrective action. - Oversee architectural, structural, MEP and systems interfaces to achieve coordinated, buildable outcomes. - Lead finishing works, quality inspections, snagging, testing, commissioning support and handover readiness. - Represent the project confidently with the client, authorities, operators and senior stakeholders. What We Are Looking For - 20+ years' experience delivering major stations or technically complex building projects. - A proven record leading at least one major station, interchange, airport, museum, landmark or comparable prestigious development. - Strong experience in finishing works, commissioning coordination, handover and close-out. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contractors, complex interfaces and multicultural teams. - A relevant degree; professional accreditation is preferred. - A decisive, solutions-focused style with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
