Key Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality teaching across core and specialized psychology areas - Prepare and update course materials - Assess student performance and supervise research projects - Contribute to curriculum development and continuous program improvement to align with international standards and emerging trends in psychology - Active engagement in research and scholarly activities, including publications and participation in academic conferences - Academic advising and departmental service - Collaboration with community and professional organizations to enhance student learning and program relevance - Head research in specialized area to enhance ADU's profile and contribute to knowledge development of the local and international community - Engage in diverse pedagogical methods and instructional strategies supporting student holistic development Ideal for candidates committed to achieving the university's mission, vision, and values.
