Today, ahb has evolved into an architect-led design-build practice delivering complex projects across architecture, engineering, construction, fabrication, and bespoke development — unified by one vision: we imagine the future and build it At ahb, we are unified by one vision, which is to pave the most efficient path from design to build About the Role We are looking for an Architect to develop and coordinate architectural design packages across different project stages. The role is responsible for translating design intent and project requirements into accurate, coordinated, and buildable documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and AHB quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Develop architectural drawings and IFC packages across different design stages. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, BIM, and other disciplines to ensure design alignment. - Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and authority requirements. - Address technical review comments, RFIs, and site design clarifications. - Conduct site visits and support the project team during execution. - Maintain accurate drawing registers and design documentation. - Support QA/QC reviews and ensure timely, high-quality submissions. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in architecture. - 1- 3 years of experience in architectural design. - Relevant experience in architectural design and construction documentation. - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. - Good knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements. - Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and technical documentation. - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
